Nagano Country Club

The scorecard here is for its Iizuna and Togakushi nines, which plays to a par of 72 over roughly 7,018 yards — a long course by Japanese standards, rewarding accurate ball-striking. The outward nine measures 3,520 yards to a par of 36 and the inward nine 3,498 yards to a par of 36, which makes the two halves near enough the same length.

The card is four par threes, ten par fours, and four par fives. The longest hole is the 1st at 559 yards, and the shortest is the 2nd at 186 yards.

The course plays year-round; winter mornings can start under a frost delay.
